Iteration Continued

Based on the testing from last week, we have updated the parts- hopefully for the last time! We increased the length of press fit engagement between the body and the white keys and increased this interference as well as the interference between the white keys and black keys. For the black keys, we also added an ejector pin to the center part of the music note. At this point we have pretty good injection molding parameters, so once these molds are finalized, we hope to be able to create a completed yo-yo. Additionally, we 3D printed our thermoform piano stand mold and fixed it up by smoothing surfaces and adding vacuum holes. The thermoforming parameters have been confirmed, so we are ready to do the final manufacturing for those pieces. The (hopefully) final molds can be found below with appropriate changes and improved surface finish, as well as some thermoformed parts.
