Final Iteration and Beginning Production

Last week we tried out all of our updated molds. We needed a few adjustments to the black key part, which included a smaller music note and increased draft angle, as well as the body, which included adjusting the bearing diameter slightly and adding magnets for shims to increase the yo-yo weight. Finally, we adjusted the piano stand mold for thermoforming to accommodate the slightly longer yo-yo. We have done a final production run of the white key snap ring (120 part) and began production of the thermoformed stand. We will finish off production today and tomorrow and then plan to assemble in the latter half of the week! The start of our parts for production and our updated molds can be found below.
