Design Review

This week the team worked to finalize yo-yo components for the design review! Primary changes included the development of a thermoform mold piano stand for the yo-yo, modification of the press fit for the piano keys components within the yo-yo, and adjusting the bearing/silicone response features in the body. For our design review, we have compiled assemblies of all the yo-yo components and analyzed critical dimensions and shrinkage within the parts. Additionally, we have outlined a timeline and tasks for the remainder of the semester to achieve all of our final parts before Thanksgiving.
